With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Fay (Westborough, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 16, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Anne M. Fay; his parents, Andrew Fay and Katherine Fay (Kelley); and his grandson Nicholas Cowles. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Black; his children, Andrew Fay (Karen) of Westborough, Sheila Cowles (Steve Holhubner) of Suffield, CT and Megan McGoff (David) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Matthew Cowles, Max Holhubner, Michael McGoff, Katie McGoff, Jack McGoff, Kealy Fay and Blaire Fay.
