He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Kendall Fay and Gladys M. Fay (Fraser); and his brother Howard K. "Pete" Fay. He is survived by: his spouse Marion L. Fay (Newhall); his sisters, Frances Poulson of Stow and Janet Fay of Montana; his nephews, Seth Poulson of Maynard and Benjamin Poulson of Stow; and his niece Fay Kulik of Maynard.
