He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Constance 'Connie' (Johns); his children, Christopher (Clare Timothy), Andrew (Kyle Dingle), Charles Hebert (Debra) and Michele Hebert (Prof); his grandchildren, Katelyn Elliott, Brandon, Noah Hebert, Ursula Hebert-Johnson, Tessa, Mark Bradford (Ford) and Jack McCormick; his great grandchild Archer Elliott; his siblings, Karen Saunier (Sterling), Maureen McKinney (Bill), Elmer Hebert Jr. (Mary), Jan Hebert, Norman Hebert (Mona) and Lucia Duncan (Brooke); and his parents, Marguerite (Telotta) and Elmer Hebert, Sr.. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
