He is survived by: his children, Joanna Heim (Thomas) of Westborough, Julie Carpenter (Scott) of Lakewood, CO, A. Thomas Karb of Wells, ME and James Karb (Ismael Padua) of Astoria, NY.; and his grandchildren, Russell Heim, Emily Carpenter, Jeffrey Heim (Anieli Gaverio Mantello), Jennifer Carpenter, Gayle Heim (Tom Gale) and Sarah Ryszkowski (William).
