She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hayes and Marjorie Hayes (Buchanon). She is survived by: her son Douglas Ewing (Laurie); her grandson Calvin Ewing; her niece Susan Stacy (Tom Shanahan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lili and Sam; her nephew Erik Stacy; her sister-in-law Monika Stacy; and her brothers, Peter Hayes and Mitchell Hayes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Continuum Hospice or the Friday Club.
