She was predeceased by: her husband Robert M. Bender; her nephew Michael; her brother James; and her son-in-law Robert Magee. She is survived by: her children, Helen F. of Readville, Mary A Bender of Readville, William J. (Helen Johnson) of Taunton, James M. (Christine) of Quincy, Kathleen M. Patton (James) of Westwood, Patricia E. Magee of Stuart, FL and Carol V. Bender (Louis Falcone) of Roslindale; her grandchildren, Robert Bender, Maeve, Colin Patton, Ella and Will Johnson; her sister-in-law Kay Long; and her nieces and nephews, Eleanor, Mary, Mark, Jean and Daniel.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Chelsea Soldiers Home, 91 Crest Avenue, Chelsea, MA 02150 or the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.
