She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Linda A. Gagnon (Shawn M. Dansereau) of West Wareham, MA.; her sisters, Anne D. Cullinane of West Yarmouth, Brookline and Doris C. Claflin of Lynnfield, MA.; and her parents, Jack Dempsey and Anne Dempsey (Currie) of Wakefield, MA. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests loved ones to donate to the American Heart Association or Mass. Literacy on Joan's behalf.
