He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Eldridge and Mabel Eldridge (Burns); his wife Marjorie Eldridge (Halewood); his siblings, Abbigail E. Eldridge and William Jonathan Fowler; and his grandson Alexander Gadaire.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Gadaire, Frank Eldridge and Lynne Pawlowicz; his grandchildren, Kalie Farina, Elizabeth Gadaire, Kristyna Eldridge, Army Sergeant John Eldridge and Kenneth Pawlowicz; and his great grandchild Henley Farina.
