He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph; and his foster mother Marie Meacham. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Frazier (Corbett); and his children, Kenneth P. Frazier of West Brookfield, Karen A. Davis of West Brookfield, Kathleen M. Czub (Timothy) of West Warren and Kevin Frazier (Jennifer) of Brimfield. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many friends.
