He is survived by: his parent Naomi Russell (Geer); his wife Beverly Russell (Berthiaume); his children, Suzanne Ramsey (Bill) of Warren, Scott Russell (Hazel) of Arlington, VA and Mary Heathman (Colonel Scot Heathman) of Spokane, WA.; his wife Jennifer; his siblings, Herbert Russell (Sandra) of Warren, Eleanor Fortini of Cape Canaveral, FL, Joyce Maybury of Vero Beach, FL and Thelma Rogers of Cape Canaveral, FL; and also, Kaitlyn Ramsey, Austin Russell, Sydney Russell and Joshua Heathman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
