He is survived by: his wife Elaine Cleveland (Booth); and his children, Pamela Sikora (Walter) of Attleboro, Richard "Rick" M. Cleveland Jr. and Joy Idman. He is also survived by grandchildren and their spouses, and 7 beautiful great grandchildren.
