She was predeceased by: her former husband Jeffrey Gomes; her parents, Peter D. Fernandes, Sr. and Corinne Fernandes (Sousa); and her stepmother Kathy Fernandes (Palladino). She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, David Gomes of Carver, Brandy, Dr. Nilton Medina of Hanover, Taylor Gomes, Brandon Gomes of Carver and Kristen Alves of Wareham; her sister Corinne Fernandes; and her grandchildren, Dana, Kaylee, Darren, Nilton and Kairo. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
