He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Lee (Russo); his son Ronald F. Tupper, Jr.; his parents, William Charles and Winifred Eileen Wehr (McGuire); and his sister Debbie Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheryl Chamberlin (David); his grandchildren, Matthew and Amanda Chamberlin; and his siblings, Paul Wehr of California, Karla Edwards of California and Dana Wehr of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
