He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Harwood and Edith M. Harwood (Robbins); and his son Barry Harwood. He is survived by: his spouse Merilyn L. Harwood (Radu); his children, Karolyn Dunham (Matthew Germano) of Fairhaven and Craig Harwood (Ivette Cortes) of Montreal, Canada; his daughter-in-law Stacy Harwood of Fall River; his grandchildren, Alexah Leigh Dunham and Tyler Harwood; and his sister Joyce Ramos (Eric) of Englewood, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Alan's name to the Boston Children's Hospital, 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115.
