"Hirk" Fortin, Jr. of Groton; her children, Dr. Auguste H. Fortin, VI (Oi) of New Haven, CT, Michel G. Fortin (Amy Slawson-Fortin) of Madison, CT, Robert L. Fortin (Paula) of Hingham, MA, Marc A. Fortin of New Ipswich, NH and Eva Marie Smith (Donald) of Seminole, FL; her siblings, Dr. Gerard DeLisle of Newburyport and Lucie Hastings of Lunenburg; her grandchildren, A. Clayton Slawson, Sarah Soifert, Hillary Fortin, Cecily Smith, Julia Smith, Camille Fortin, Zachary Fortin and Isabella Fortin; and her great grandchildren, Mason Soifert, Milo Soifert, Zuriya Davila and Kade Black. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
