He was predeceased by: his parents, Hussein Debian and Jamal Debian; and his siblings, Kamal and Fawz Debian. He is survived by: his wife Elham Debian; his children, Dr. Badri Debian (Kristen), Katia Debian (Steven Zukis) and Hilda Gasteyer (Michael); his brother Dr. Selim Debian; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah, Laylah Debian, Ethan, Owen and Rooney Gasteyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home (109 Main St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas Cemetery (420 Kings Hwy, West Springfield, MA 01089).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Ziad's memory.
