He is survived by: his wife Maxine F. Racicot (Niemiec); his son William E., Jr. (Julie Ann Racicot) of Agawam; his brothers, Robert Racicot (Nancy Hamlin) of East Longmeadow and Kenneth Racicot of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Ella and Ryan Racicot; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
