He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelly and Mary Kelly (Flynn). He is survived by: his significant other Sheila B. Kelly (Chicopee); his sister Irene O'Donnell; his brother-in-law Johnny O'Donnell; his brother Padraig Kelly; his sister-in-law Marie Kelly (London); and his friend Irish Pub. He is also survived by many other siblings, stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Billy's name to the 1916 Remembrance Garden in Forest Park, 200 Trafton Road, Springfield, MA 01108.
