She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Radwanski and Antonina Radwanski; and her husband Raphael Neils (Jim). She is survived by: her daughter Lori Perella (Carl Perella); and her grandchildren, Nicole Postupack (Drew Postupack) of Wallingford, CT and Michael Ratchford of Westfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
