We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, at the age of 45, Stephanie L. Lozada of West Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Stephanie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her mother Brenda Chambers (Lozada). She is survived by: her siblings, Shauna L. Lozada of Germany, Jared Worthy of New York City and Darrell Chambers of Chicopee; and her stepfather Darrell Chambers of Chicopee.
