She is survived by: her children, Noreen L. Aylward (James) of Westfield, Walter J. Gaffney (Suzanne) of West Springfield, Kelly Gaffney of Chicopee, Thomas P. Gaffney, Jr. (Mary Ellen) of Suffield, CT, Kevin A. Gaffney (Toni) of Plymouth and Sean P. Gaffney (Colleen) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, James (Alexandra), Rachel, Benjamin, Brenna, Timothy, Jack, Chris, Thomas III, Ryan, Addison, Dylan, Quinn, Reese, Knox and Brady; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Puhala (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
