As Marie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Marie. Though Marie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie McGuire (Balthazard) and James McGuire; her son Joseph; her husband Dr. Henry Tessier, Jr.; and her sister June Hanning.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Tessier, III (Lucila Plaza) of Chicopee and Mary Tessier of California.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home (1043 Westfield St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Thomas Church (47 Pine St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the St Thomas Cemetery (420 Kings Hwy, West Springfield, MA 01089).
