He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Parillo and Maria Parillo; his wife Bernadette Parillo (Landry); and his sisters, Carmela Parillo and Angelina Cervone.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Parillo (Connie), Bernadette Berchulski (Brian), Savina Cummings (Larry) and Luigi Parillo Jr. (Bridget); his grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher Parillo, Benjamin (Chelsea), Brett Berchulski (Stephanie), Nicolina, Chloe and Michael Parillo; his great grandchildren, Mack and Vincent Berchulski; his siblings, Michael Parillo (Laura) and Rosa Russo; and his daughter-in-law Patti Parillo.
