He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Dowd and Mary Smiddy Dowd. He is survived by: his wife Julie; and his children, John (Dan) and Kathleen (Chris).
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104).
