With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John A. Dombkowski of West Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene Dombkowski (Bisinere) and Joseph Dombkowski; and his sister Marcia Pluff of West Springfield. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Dombkowski (Petrick); his son Nicholas J. Dombkowski; his stepchildren, Robert and Meaghan Scott; his siblings, Joseph Dombkowski (Cheryl) of Belchertown and Barbara Dombkowski; and his granddaughters, Bella and Mia Oquendo. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
