She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Dixon Sr. and Julia M. Dixon (Pickett); and her siblings, Carrie M. Gresham, Robert A. Dixon Jr., Theodore C. Dixon and Diane A. Crapps.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya R. Williams, Melvin L. Shaver Jr. and Gary A. Gaulin Jr.; her daughter-in-law Felicia B. Gaulin; her grandchildren, Kamarii X. Gaulin, Lamel Shaver, Kaliyah N. Gaulin of Brianne, F. J, Grey A. Gaulin and Emeri G. Gaulin; her siblings, Rev. Alfonzo Dixon, Rev. Leroy Dixon, Michael Dixon, Essie Crapps, Eavon Dixon, Roberta Wanzo and Deborah Lewis; and her close friend Emma Woods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
