He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Warren and Phyllis R Warren (Gibbs). He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Warren of Pittsfield, MA, David Warren (Arlene) of Westfield, MA, Janet Warren of Chicopee, MA and Grace Galazka of Holyoke, MA; and his caregivers, Maritza, Barry Manchester of West Springfield, MA and Harold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
