He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore and Anna Waterman (Ricapito); his sisters-in-law, Elaine Waterman and Patricia Haggerty; and his father-in-law John Stavropoulos.
He is survived by: his wife Diana C. Waterman (Stavropoulos); his daughters, Danielle L. Waterman of New York City and Marley C. Waterman of Boston; his stepson Sean M. Lagacy of West Springfield; his grandsons, Michael and Alexander Lagacy of Chicopee; his siblings, Ted Waterman of Agawam, Deb Bouley (Al) of Agawam, John Waterman of Springfield, Patti Flinkman (Paul) of Westfield, Fred Waterman of Holyoke, Geri Morris (Gil) of West Springfield, Cris Waterman of Agawam and Mike Waterman of Agawam; his in-laws, Athena Townsend (Jeff) of East Longmeadow, D. J, Stavropoulos of Atlanta, GA and Maria Spear (Geof) of Westfield; his mother-in-law Sotiria Garrity of Springfield; and his pet Lena. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
