He was predeceased by: his parents, Winthrop and Catherine (Connors). He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Perusse); his siblings, Charles (Jean), Shirley McCarthy Keeler and Beatrice McCarthy (Jerome); his children, Donald Jr., Douglas (Shannon) and Kathleen Bowers (John); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Samantha, Alyssa, Ashley (Daniel), Meaghan (Brendan), Christopher, Hannah and Finley; and his great grandchild Delaney. He is also survived by great grandchild on the way, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Toomey-O'Brien (1043 Westfield St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home (1043 Westfield St, West Springfield, MA 01089).
