She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lawsure and Yvonne Lawsure (Phaneuf); her husband Angelo; her son-in-law Mark Chase; and her sister Irene Gutowski.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Chase and Alan D'Agostino (Ellen) of Agawam; her grandchildren, Brandon, Adam Chase, Rey and Andrew D'Agostino; and her sister Edwina Hubbard (Gibby). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
