He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Strycharz and Sophie Strycharz (Karona); his wife Patricia Strycharz (Benson); and his brother George Strycharz. He is survived by: his children, Anthony, Nick, Samantha Strycharz and Ginny Bruso; and his brother Billy Strycharz (Melanie).
