He is survived by: his siblings, Frederick "Fred" Nelligan (Sally) of West Roxbury, John Nelligan (late Phyllis Kathleen) of Walpole, Rita M. Dwyer (Edward) of Millis, Helen Bernard, Marion Holland, Joseph Nelligan, Marylou Sullivan, Paul and David Nelligan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
