She was predeceased by: her father John J. Craven Jr.; her niece Mary Erin Kryzanski; and her aunt Maureen Slade of Hyde Park. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Craven (McCarthy); her siblings, Katherine Craven Kryzanski (James Kryzanski) of Chestnut Hill and John Robert Craven; her sister-in-law Laura Stock Craven; her nieces and nephews, Delia, Joseph, James of John, FX, Fianna Kryzanski, Jane and Rose Craven; her aunts and uncles, Patricia Ross of Dedham, Sheila, James Middleton of Milton, Kathleen Passanisi of West Roxbury, Barbara Ellen Craven Broderick of Quincy, Diana Thompson Craven of Virginia, Richard Borek of South Carolina, Timothy, Nina Craven of Dedham, Pauline Qazilbash, Francis Xavier Craven, Brendan Michael Craven, Susan Borek, Donald Slade, Charles Passanisi, Asaf Qazilbash, Jay Broderick and Robert McCarthy; and her friend Karen Powell of West Roxbury.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress or MAB Community Services where Patty lived for the past four years would be gratefully accepted.
