She was predeceased by: her former husband William P. Kenney; her siblings, Mary Burns, John Banks, Martin Banks, James Banks, Robert Banks and Jean Anderson; and her parents, Irish and Mary Banks (Higgins).
She is survived by: her children, William P. Kenney, Jr. of Norwell and Marie Gilroy of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Ashley Kenney, Amanda, Molly and Mark Gilroy; her sisters, Helen Banks Allaire of Foxboro and Maureen Higgins; and her husband Billy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
