She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cahill and Kathleen Cahill. She is survived by: her son Greg (Lana); her grandchildren, Norah and Aaron; her siblings, Patricia (Ken), Eileen (Bill), Kathy (Bob) and Jack (Anne); and her nieces and nephews, Patrick, Kathryn, Luisa, Andrea, Christopher, David and Rory.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to one of the following organizations: Arnold Arboretum, Appalachian Mountain Club, Sophia Snow House or Community Servings.
