She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. O'Toole; and her siblings, Nora Horan, Theresa O'Hanlon, Eileen Lahiff, Thomas, Richard and Michael Hanlon.
She is survived by: her children, Mary E. Piva (Paul) of West Roxbury, Patrick J. O'Toole (Christine) of West Roxbury, Edward F. O'Toole of West Roxbury, James M. O'Toole (Mary) of West Roxbury and Catherine A. O'Toole of West Roxbury; her grandchildren, Olivia, Evelyn, Timothy, Patrick, Edward, Mary and Michael; and her siblings, Bartholemew "Bertie" Hanlon of Ireland and Patrick Hanlon of Watertown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
