He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy A. Spezzano (Leydon); his daughter Jennifer Spezzano; his brother Gaetano J. Spezzano; his grandchildren, Lillian, Vivienne, Alyssa, Drew Spezzano, Trevor Foster and Daniel Wells; and his parents, Charlie Spezzano and Lucy Spezzano.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas L. Spezzano (Analeen) of Ellicott City, MD, Lawrence C. Spezzano, Jr. of Southborough and Pamela A. Foster (Robert Foster, Jr.) of West Roxbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
