She was predeceased by: her husband John M. "Jack" O'Connell; and her parents, John E. Mitchell and Helen L. Mitchell (Killion) of Arlington. She is survived by: her sister Helen Lennon of Waltham; her children, Maureen (Robert) of Kingston, John (Briege) of Milton, Mark of West Roxbury and Christopher (Renee) of San Diego; and her granddaughters, Caroline and Mary Kate of Milton. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and friends.
