He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McVinney and Eleanore (Donovan); and his sister Anne McVinney. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul McVinney (Elaine), Mary Chun (Henry) of Attleborough, Ellen DeAngelis (Paul) of Plymouth and Stephen McVinney (Christine) of Norwood; his nephews, Jason McVinney (Catie), Eric McVinney (Yuria) of Japan, Michael of Norwood and John McVinney of Norwood; his great-nephew Benjamin; his great-nieces, Madeline, Emily and Rebecca McVinney; and his friend Bill W.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
