We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2024, at the age of 68, Joseph E Makin of West Roxbury, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Alice (Cawley) and John A. Makin; his sisters, Mary Elizabeth, Kathleen Williams, Eileen Makin Wingate and Maureen Mulcahy (Willliam Mulcahy); his pets, Tiny and Mary; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sophie, Abby Greenwood, Parker, Finn Mulcahy, Kaya Jay and Wolf Atticus Wingate; and his cousin James Cawley.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in his name to ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) or the Greater Boston Food Bank.
