He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Garrity (Fitzgerald); and his brothers, Paul Garrity (Barbara) and Robert (late Ruth). He is survived by: his children, Mary Ellen Copson (late Joseph) of West Roxbury, Thomas F. Garrity (Barbara) of Plainfield, NH and Joseph F. Garrity (Eileen) of Weymouth. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
