She was predeceased by: her husband Chester "Cookie" Cook; her son Chet Cook; her grandson James; her sister Ann Tosi (late Del Tosi); and her nephew Wayne Tosi.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Cook; her child-in-law Jean Cook; her grandchildren, Christina Espinola, Michael Cook and William Cook; her great grandchildren, Jamie, Chloe Espinola, Brad Sullivan (Heather) and Amanda Lemieux (Matt); her nephew Larry Tosi (Sandy Doherty); her niece Sheryl Scanlan (Michael); her great-nephew James Scanlan (Stephanie Larsen); her nephew Eric Johnson (Ruth); and also Shawna Skurla (Peter). She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
