He is survived by: his children, Melissa Cetnar (Jeff) of Amsterdam, Eddie Foy (Jamy) of Amsterdam, Lucas Foy (Teresa) of Fonda and Meghan of Lake Desolation; his grandchildren, Taylor and Payton Foy of Amsterdam; and his brother Jamie Foy (Lori) of Clifton Park.
