She was predeceased by: her father William Goggin; and her brothers, Richard, Chester and Kenneth Goggin. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Brooks of Waterville, ME.; her son Joel Goggin of Vacaville, CA; her grandsons, Zachary and Christopher Goggin of Waterville, ME; her cousin Jeff Williams of Portland, ME; and her pet Marley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization close to Donna's heart, supporting fellow veterans.
