He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Duggan and Judy Duggan; and his siblings, Eddie of Roslindale and Julie of West Reading, PA.. He is survived by: his nieces, Emilie Duggan Martin and Neva Duggan-Hicks; and his goddaughter Eileen Duggan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dennis's name to the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, where Dennis received steadfast and compassionate care from nurses and other staff during his three-plus years there.
