He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Hartley, Sr. and Mary E. (Wilson); and his sisters, Barbara Hartley-Seltzer and Ann. He is survived by: his children, Sarah M. Hartley and Robert J. Hartley; and his siblings, Jane Carew of Woburn and Elynor Harrington of West Roxbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
