Carol B Powell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 85, Carol B Powell of West Roxbury, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Barry and Marjorie Barry; her husband Philip C. Powell; her daughter Karen Powell of West Roxbury; and also, Ruth, Peggy, Rutt Parker, Dorthy, Eleanor, Patrick McSherry, Richard Barry, Paul and Kathy Barry.

She is survived by: her children, Marjorie (Robert Tarte) of San Francisco, John (Siobhan Powell) of West Roxbury, Katie Powell of West Roxbury and Rosemary Barry (Robert Whiting) of Beverly; her siblings, Bob, Melanie Barry, Tony Barry and Jeanne Barry; her sister-in-law Sandy Barry; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Abigail Whiting, Madeline, Aidan, Connor Tarte, Jack, Bridget and Pierce Powell.
