She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Carey; and her daughter Marie Carey. She is survived by: her children, Juliann Carey of West Roxbury, Ellen Carey (Jose Oliveira) of Reading, Rita Lewis of Hyde Park and Joseph Carey of West Roxbury; her grandson Connor Lewis; and her sibling Francis Barbetti of Wayland. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews and great grandnieces and nephews.
