Terry Tgavalekos Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Tgavalekos (West Peabody, Massachusetts), born in Ipswich, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 25, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Anneli Tgavalekos (Tuhkunen); his parents, George Tgavalekos and Florence Tgavalekos (Korumpas); and his sister Maryann Burke. He is survived by: his children, Nora Tgavalekos (Michal Sprycha) of North Reading, Karl Tgavalekos (Keri) and Kristen Tgavalekos (Fernando Quivira); his granddaughters, Alexa and Anna Sprycha; his siblings-in-law, Tuulikki Salonen (Esko) of Finland, Yrjo Tuhkunen (Sirpa) of Finland and William Burke of Peabody; and his nephew Nicholas Burke.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church, 5 Paleologos St., Peabody, MA 01960.
