He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Parrott (Ryan); his parents, Louis J. Parrott and Marion Parrott (Dube); his daughter Ann Casey; and his brother Donald Parrott.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Parrott of Monticello, Florida and Brenda Barnard of St. Helens. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
